A Day at Collingwood — Reflections
The series is complete.
This project was more than three panels painted in winter conditions at Blue Mountain. It was another reminder that plein air is not only about technical growth.
It is about endurance. Decision-making under pressure. Working through cold hands, shifting light, wet surfaces, and public interaction — and staying present anyway.
Every outdoor session sharpens more than brushwork. It builds fortitude. Patience. Adaptability.
The real lesson: skill develops through repetition, but resilience develops through exposure.
Collingwood delivered both.
The full series is now live.
